One of his exciting future plans includes the introduction of QR codes for ordering. “We’re looking into QR code ordering as the next step,” Jack shared. “It’s all about making the experience as seamless as possible. We want people to focus on enjoying their time at Pizzarova without the hassle of waiting in lines.”Although not yet live, the idea is to enhance the dining experience by allowing customers to order directly from their phones, making the process quicker and more convenient. This is part of a broader vision Jack has for Pizzarova, where technology plays a key role in simplifying operations and improving customer service.

Click and Collect: A Taste of Convenience

While QR code ordering is still in the works, Pizzarova’s Click and Collect service is already a hit.

“We noticed that customers didn’t want to wait around, especially during the busy lunch rush,” Jack explained. “So we streamlined the process with Click and Collect, where you can order ahead, skip the queue, and grab your pizza fresh out of the oven.”

This service has been a game-changer, particularly for busy professionals and families looking for a quick and easy meal solution. It’s just one example of how Pizzarova is constantly adapting to meet the needs of its customers, ensuring that convenience never comes at the expense of quality.

Pizzarova’s future is filled with exciting tech developments, with a mobile app being one of the key projects in the pipeline. “The app is where we’re heading next,” Jack revealed. “It’s going to bring everything together—ordering, loyalty rewards, special offers and also plan to add to our retail arm, adding aprons, T shirts,our make at home boxes and some cool postcards with our branding too"

 

It’s about creating a one-stop-shop for our customers, where they feel like part of the Pizzarova family.”This app will not only make ordering easier but will also provide a platform for Pizzarova to engage with its customers in a more personalized way.
